• Learning 3 impromptu speaking frameworks (PREP, PPP, STAR)
• Practising feedback with S.I.P.™ Method (Strength, Insight, Potential)
• Learning to introduce themselves in social or school settings
• Asking curious questions (5W + 1H)
• Book summary (age-appropriate)
• Introduction to journaling for emotional strength
• Basic Zoom/public speaking setup

About the Founder
Indu Kannaiyan is the passionate founder of Youth Orators Academy, dedicated to helping young minds discover the power of their voice. Since stepping into the world of public speaking and emotional well-being in 2018, Indu has emerged as a respected communicator, coach, and mentor to both children and adults.
Her experience includes speaking on platforms such as Tony Kaye’s NLP Speaker Panel, training with world-class mentors at The Speakers Institute Bootcamp, and holding several distinguished leadership roles in Toastmasters International. Indu served as the President of her Toastmasters club, went on to become an Area Director, and was proudly awarded Toastmaster of the Year in 2021 for her contribution to leadership and community engagement.
Her journey from self-discovery to service laid the foundation for Youth Orators Academy — a space where children are empowered not just to speak, but to connect, lead, and grow. Indu's coaching integrates communication skills with emotional intelligence, fostering confident, grounded, and values-driven young individuals.
With a heart for transformation and a gift for unlocking potential, Indu is on a mission to raise a generation of emotionally intelligent communicators who will lead the future — not just with their words, but with purpose and authenticity.
